Mental HealthTherapy & Parent Coaching

I grew up in a small town in West Texas. I served in the US Navy, then went back to school and earned both my Bachelor and Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. I became an LICSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in January of 2021. I have lived in Selah, WA for the past 11 years and worked as a therapist at Children's Village providing behavioral services and parent coaching to children with special needs from 2015 through 2025. I am a mother to 7 in a blended family, with my youngest being 7 and my oldest 22.
My family is very important to me so when we have free time, we enjoy a variety of activities together. From traveling and experiencing new places both inside and outside the U.S., to having local adventures such as: fishing, hiking, and hunting. I also enjoy reading and watching my children participate in sports and 4H activities.
I am a Christian and my faith is very important.
I believe in the importance of establishing a foundation that will lead to lasting changes.

My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, while thoughtfully integrating a faith-based perspective for those who desire it. With experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, I offer tailored support for concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, and disruptive behaviors in children.

I provide virtual sessions to individuals who struggle with Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and ADHD. I provide trauma informed care/services and will address any concerns/issues that may be impacting treatment success. I also provide social and emotional support to children with Autism and other special needs, along with parent coaching/support. As needed/requested, I may provide sessions in the home for children on the autism spectrum requiring level 2 or 3 support. This would be provided in an effort to better model interventions.

I offer proven methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Positive Behavior Support, and parent coaching. My approach is strengths-based and family-centered, with active parent involvement and coaching to support lasting growth. I aim to help individuals and families build resilience, confidence, and hope for the future.
